Book review: The 5 Love Languages

Do I overstrain others?

This is a question I ask myself more often in recent times. I mean overstrain in a mental and/or emotional way. And because I reflect back why my last relationship didn’t work out I am curious and try to figure out what I should change in the future.

This entry is about how we should treat ourselves and others, and yes, that is not an easy topic.

Leave your technical devices…

… at least for a day. I know about our special relationship with our technical devices. For many, the thought of spending a day without access to their phones or laptops can be almost frightening. However, I want to promote spending some time away from them.
