Without music the world would be a mistake. That is why I am constantly looking for new music that make me want to laugh, cry, and or dance. A couple of years ago, I stumbled upon a fantastic group called L.E.J.
As I got vaccinated yesterday, and lack energy, I want to share one of my most beloved songs: Macklemore – Same Love. Agreed, this track is not the newest, but still one of my favorites. It is about accepting who you are and who others are. It is about overcoming fear and it is about spreading love. Remember, love is universal and it something we all share. Love can unite us.
Much love from Berlin!
I think all humans have a special relationship with music. I am no different. Without music something would be missing. The same is true for moving our bodies, especially via dancing. Our bodies can often express our feelings better than any words could do. When music and dance come together, magical things can happen.
Without music life would be dull. Music seems to speak to our primal instincts. Music is used in medicine, music helps patients to express and therefore process difficult emotions and experiences. Music can be one of the greatest motivators. When I was younger, and we went to a club to party, I was not only there to meet my friends or a nice girl, but I also loved to dance. And I still do. While I write this entry, my head is nodding to the beat of the song below.
I want to share this wonderful piece of art with you. Live, sing, dance and love!
