During the last two days I facilitated a vision/mission workshop for 28 people. As you might guess, finding a common vision for 28 people is in itself a challenging task. In addition, there was a time constraint and a group which consists of sub-groups. On top of that, not all of them did know each other before and there was no time for a team building. All in all, a big challenge for me.
In politics it is common to make a summary of the first 100 days in office. That is why I also want to take the time to look back on my first 100 days of writing a blog entry each day. As I can only assess myself, my summary might be a bit biased though =).
Today is day 92 of writing a daily blog post. This means I am 25% closer to achieving my goal of one entry a day for a whole year. Each month, I sit down and reflect about my progress.
You might think that there is already a word for this called biography, but this is not what I mean. A biography is often written so that others can get to know you and your life. A book about yourself is also no diary. A diary is also a great way to understand yourself and your thoughts better. However, a diary is not aimed at figuring out more about yourself. It is more of a response to daily events. A book about yourself is directed solely at increasing your understanding of yourself.
After two months and more than 60 entries, I want to reflect about what I experienced writing the blog.
One month of writing a blog is over. 31 days, no actually 32 days of the initial planned 365 days of writing at least one entry per day have been a challenge in itself. Today, I want to write about my experience and challenges and how I see the future of this blog.
Why did I choose this particular name for my blog?
