36 Questions to fall in love – XXVI

I think it is only fair that you get to know me a little bit better to understand how I think and how my brain works in order to put my writings into perspective and to draw your own conclusions. This is why I, once about every ten days, answer one of the questions from the New York Times question series: 36 Questions – How to fall in love.

If you want to start at the very beginning, you can find question 1 here.

And if you just missed the last answer to question 25, you can find it here.

Question #26 reads as follows:

Complete this sentence: “I wish I had someone with whom I could share…”

… silent moments.

… my doubts.

… my hopes.

… my feelings.

… my crazy side.

… my fun side.

… my bed.

… adventures.

… my meals.

… my love.

… my music.

… ideas.

… knowing smiles.

… my time.

… my apartment.

… my tea.

… life.

… sun cream at sunny beaches.

… my hoody or jacket when it is cold.

… my blanket.

… a good bottle of wine.

… my books.

And so much more…

Of course, there are already people out there with whom I share some of these things. What I am looking for is to spend all of this with one person. Ambitious? Maybe. Delusive? Probably. But it is allowed to dream =).

The thing is that I also want her to share the same with me. I want to share a life with someone who wants to grow together. Who is understanding and kind and who encourages me to become a better person. I mean I already am a good person, but there is always room for improvement =). I want us to be curious and courageous. I want to support her in her endeavors and I want her to support me in mine.

I wish I had someone with whom I could share all aspects and facets of life.

What do you wish you could share with someone else?
